Refunds for Damaged or Defective Items

Unboxing Video Requirement
A clear and continuous unboxing (opening) video may be required to claim a refund.
The video must clearly show:
• The sealed package from all sides before opening
• The complete unboxing process without cuts or edits
• The damaged or defective product clearly visible
Refund requests without the required proof may not be accepted.

• No cash refunds will be provided
